CPC the full form in law is Code of Civil Procedure. It is a crucial aspect of legal systems in India that assists in smoothing and making procedures of the civil courts more uniform. Contrary to laws that exist to define what is correct or incorrect depending on people’s actions and their consequences, CPC focuses on how civil legal proceedings should proceed forward. This establishes the way for the cases to take themselves in order to occur in a way that is most appropriate for the rulings to be seamless and predictable.
